Order Cancellations (Standard Products)

Orders may be cancelled free of charge provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and include your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are specially reserved and/or sourced specifically based on your purchase.

Therefore:

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified once the order has been placed and confirmed.
  • Refunds are not issued before delivery of the pre-order item.
  • After delivery, customers remain entitled to their legal rights under our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing a pre-order, you explicitly agree to these terms and the estimated processing and delivery timeframe.
