Will extensions damage my natural hair?

When installed and maintained correctly, extensions should not damage your natural hair.

What types of hair do you sell?

We sell raw and virgin hair. The only raw product we offer right now is our raw straight bundle.

How many grams is one bundle?

Each bundle weighs 100 grams.

What does Double Drawn mean?

Double drawn hair refers to a premium sorting process where shorter hairs are carefully removed from the bundle, resulting in hair that is thick and full from top to bottom.

What does virgin hair mean?

Virgin hair is 100% human hair that has never been chemically treated no dye, no perms, no relaxers.  In the hair extension industry, however, “virgin” does not always mean “completely unprocessed.” Virgin hair can be steam-processed after collection to create consistent body wave, loose wave, deep wave, or curly patterns that sell well in retail markets. It can also be blended from multiple donors to meet larger production volumes.

The important distinction: Virgin hair is chemically clean at the time of sale, but the manufacturing process may still have reshaped its structure.

Virgin hair offers a beautiful, natural appearance at a more accessible price point. It's soft, silky, and blends seamlessly with most hair types. For those looking for premium quality without the premium price tag of raw hair, virgin hair is the perfect choice.

How long do the extensions last?

Raw hair: Lasts 3 to 5 years with proper care. Virgin Hair: Lasts 1 to 2 years with proper care.

Can I color or heat-style the hair?

Raw hair: Yes, raw hair can be colored and heat styled because it hasn't been chemically processed. Including lighter shades. However, it still needs proper care to maitain its quality.

Virgin Hair: Yes, virgin hair can also be colored and heat-styled. BUT it is not recommend to extremely bleach the hair (such as going all the way to #613 blonde) as it can compromise the hair's quality.

please note: Dyeing or bleaching the hair can affect the longevity and overall quality. Proper aftercae is essential to maintain the hair's softness and lifespan.

How do I know if a product is raw or virgin?

If a bundle is raw, raw appears in the product title. Otherwise it is virgin hair.

What does Raw hair mean?

Raw hair is sourced from a single donor and has never been chemically processed. Cuticles remain intact and aligned.

Raw hair is the highest quality hair you can get on the market. Once the hair is chemically processed, processed by perming and dying, or heat and steam styling, it is no longer raw hair. That is to say, raw hair is as pure as it gets.

Why is raw hair more expensive?

Raw hair costs more because the supply chain is genuinely harder. Finding donors whose hair is long, healthy, cuticle-intact, and completely unprocessed is difficult at scale. Single-donor raw hair, where all strands in a bundle come from one person and keep texture and wave pattern consistent, is especially limited because one donor can only supply a small amount at a time. That scarcity drives the price up.

What is the difference between raw & virgin hair?

The core difference between raw hair and virgin hair is processing level and donor consistency. Raw hair stays completely unprocessed from collection through to the finished weft. Virgin hair is chemically clean but may be steam-processed to shape its texture and often comes from multiple donors blended together.
