What is the difference between Raw and Virgin hair?

For Aluna Luxe, Raw hair comes from one donor and is not processed to create its texture. Virgin hair is not chemically treated; it may be steam processed to create its texture and may include hair from more than one donor.

What does donor sourcing mean here?

Raw Straight is ordered single donor. Virgin hair may include hair from more than one donor.

What does double drawn mean?

Aluna Luxe orders its bundles double drawn. The term describes a fuller appearance through the lengths, with fewer short strands so the ends look more consistent.

How much does a bundle weigh?

Raw Straight, Virgin Straight, Loose Wavy and Burmese Curly are approx. 100g per bundle. Ask Aluna Luxe for weight details on other products.

How many bundles do I need?

For the Raw Straight, Virgin Straight, Loose Wavy and Burmese Curly options, plan 2–3 bundles for 16″ and 3–4 bundles for 18–24″. Your installation and preferred fullness can change the result.

What are the delivery options?

Netherlands: €6.95, free from €350, 6–9 business days.

EU: €12.95, free from €350, 7–11 business days.

What happens after I order?

Your hair is ordered from our vendor and delivered to Aluna Luxe for checking and preparation. Each bundle is checked and weighed before it is prepared for shipment. The stated delivery window allows time for this process and possible courier delays.
